Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of K2K VPN (the “App” and related services). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

K2K VPN provides a VPN client that can route your traffic through encrypted tunnels (including Outline/Shadowsocks compatible access). Features, servers, and availability may change.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to use VPN software in your country. You are responsible for complying with local laws. Do not use the App for illegal activity.

3. Free plan and limits

The Google Play version of K2K VPN is a free, ad-supported app. There is no in-app Premium purchase on Google Play.

Speed may be limited (for example a download/upload cap set by the service).
Sessions may end after a fixed time (for example about 45 minutes by default); you may need to reconnect (and may see an ad) to continue.
Ads may be shown before connect and on the home screen.
An optional rewarded ad may be offered. Completing it may skip the interstitial for that connect and/or add bonus session minutes. Closing the rewarded ad early does not grant the reward.

These limits exist to keep the free service sustainable and may be adjusted.

4. Access keys

You must keep access keys confidential.
Do not share, sell, or misuse keys.
We may rotate session keys for free reconnects.
We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attack, scan, or disrupt networks or the App’s infrastructure.
Send spam, malware, or phishing through the service.
Infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy.
Attempt to bypass fair-use, speed, or session limits by abusive means.
Reverse engineer the App except where mandatory law allows.

6. No absolute guarantees

VPN improves privacy and access in many cases, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, unblock of every site, or complete anonymity. Outages, ISP blocks, and third-party failures can occur.

7. Third-party services

The App may rely on ads (including AdMob), hosting, Google Play, or open-source components. Those parties have their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual property

The App name, branding, and software (excluding third-party open-source) belong to K2K VPN or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App as allowed by these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K2K VPN and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
